1. black and white striped tops. seriously, in my mind i can never have enough of them.
2. pearl studs: i’ve been wearing pearls almost everyday for the last ten years. can’t live without pearls!
3. essential bobby pins.
4. booties: madewell zip code (they go with everything).
5. bag: mahogany vintage coach willis. always classic.
6. lips: perfectly red- red lipstick!
7. note pads: i’m a serious list maker.
8. dark skinny jeans: saving for some j brand denim.
9. to make me smile: plants and flowers for brightening up the apartment.
10. my signature scent: coco mademoiselle.
11. favorite eye cream: clinique all about eyes.
12. coffee: my eternal love (that i’ve had to majorly cut back on lately).

four feel pretty products.
here are four beauty products i cannot live without…
1. i’ve been wearing coco mademoiselle for years and it will continue to be my signature fragrance for years to come. this scent is so lovely!
2. this kiehl’s ultra facial moisturizer is the best!  it makes my skin feel soft without feeling greasy (another moisturizer i love is clinique youth surge night).
3. i love ultra-pink cheeks… always have, always will! i think they are so girly and pretty. i really like mac so sweet so easy (creme) and dolly mix (powder).
4.  red nails are eternally classic and chic. i always make sure i have a great red nail polish like this one from nars.

on saturday brian and i headed out to do some thrifting and grab some lunch. i was having one of those days when i just want to wear easy fitting, relaxed apparel without looking frumpy. when that happens i often venture over to brian’s side of the closet (or quarter of the closet to be more accurate) in search of one of his t-shirts or cardigans to steal for the day. then the rummaging through my bags and accessories begins. i ended up picking a faux croc bag i thrifted at the goodwill on haight years before i moved here. i still love the bag, which can be carried as a shoulder bag or a clutch- even better! i love two in ones, especially thrifted two in ones.

i was also excited to wear the layered gold necklace i thrifted from church mouse in sonoma. i thought it complemented the camel blazer quite nicely. and let me tell you, i love me some gold jewelry. so i may have oded on the gold a bit or is that even possible? in my book, i guess that’s a no. just call me mrs. t.
